What does it cost to have a device delivered to your home?

Dog Runner takes care of all deliveries and these are free of charge in Belgium (from a purchase amount of 150 Euro). This way you will never be faced with surprises and we guarantee you the very best service from start to finish. All deliveries always take place in by mutual agreement (hour & day) with you as a customer.
Order < 150 Euro for Belgium:
≤ 2 kg: 5 Euro
≤ 10 kg: 8 Euro
≤ 30 kg: 10 Euro

How soon will my order be delivered?

We strive to deliver all orders within 3 to 5 working days. We will always contact you to arrange the delivery. If this would take longer, we will always notify you. This can happen exceptionally when there is a lot of traffic.

Because Dog Runner cares about the environment, we plan our delivery routes as efficiently as possible. It is from that point of view that we do not offer a “ordered today, delivered tomorrow” guarantee. A delivery takes on average 3 to 5 working days. This can (often) be faster. What we do guarantee, however, as a family business, is the very best service. This, like our environment, is invaluable.

How do I know when my order will be delivered?

At Dog Runner we like clear communication. You will always be called before we deliver. If you order a machine on Monday we will call you for example Wednesday to see if it fits for you that we come to deliver on Thursday. As a reply to your confirmation email you can always send an email to [email protected] to indicate your availability or preferences. We will always do our best to take this into account.
We will also give you an exact hour. This way you don’t have to wait unnecessarily. We also deliver on Saturdays. If this reflects your preference, please let us know.
