WHO is Pay.be?
The dogrunner.be site on which you are currently making your purchases uses Pay.be’s e-Commerce solution.
This solution has been developed to allow you to make your payments in an ergonomic and user-friendly environment, with optimal security and respect for privacy.
If you would like more information about Pay.be and its secure payment solutions, do not hesitate to take a look at www.pay.be.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
Once you have entered and confirmed your details, a confirmation of the transaction will appear on the screen and/or you will receive it by e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation, you need to contact Dog Runner on 052/21.07.94 or via [email protected] to find out if your transaction has succeeded or not. Pay.be has no permission to provide this information to the customers.
WHY WAS MY PAYMENT REFUSED?
Possible reasons why your payment was refused:
- Your type of card is not accepted by this webshop.
- Your card has expired.
- No more credit on your card.
Possible actions to take:
- Choose another payment method.
- Re-enter your details.
If the problem persists, please contact Dog Runner. They can give you more information about your transaction. Before you contact the webshop, you have to make sure that you have as much information as possible about your order (amount of the order, time of purchase, reference number, etc.).
Pay.be is the technical partner of the webshop where you made your purchase. We make sure that the payment transactions reach the banks and credit card companies safely. When you make a payment to a webshop, no money is transferred via Pay.be.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR GET A REFUND?
To cancel your order or get a refund, you need to contact Dog Runner via [email protected].
WHY DO I HAVE TO CONFIRM MY PAYMENT WITH A CODE?
After you have filled in and confirmed your credit card details, it is possible that you will see a screen where you will be asked to confirm your details with a code or password (marked with “Verified by Visa” or “MasterCard SecureCode”).
This means that the bank or financial organisation where your card was issued requires a verification method, which you usually perform using a card reader or digipass that will generate a code, or with a password.
This verification is necessary to prevent third parties from (illegally) using your card, for example if it has been stolen or lost.
Since it is your bank that imposes this check, Pay.be has no influence on the given process.
Therefore, should a problem occur during this verification process, or should you have any further questions, we advise you to contact your bank or the institution where your card was issued.
