Help, my tread’s crooked!

Help, my display only shows three dashes!
Three dashes on your display means your safety magnet is not in place. Place your red magnet on the circle on your display. The dashes will disappear and your device is ready to use immediately.

Help, my treadmill shows an error code!
Send us an email with the error code (e.g. E3), together with your name, phone number, address and serial number. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve this.

Help, my treadmill doesn’t give a sign of life anymore!
Make sure that the plug is properly inserted into your device and that it is plugged into the wall socket. Did you switch your treadmill back on using the on/off button? Check this. Still nothing? Send us an e-mail with your name, phone number, address and serial number. We will contact you as soon as possible to solve this.
